CaRE-AC: Cancer Rehabilitation for People with Metastatic / Advanced Breast or Colorectal Cancers

Study: 8-week program including supervised exercise classes and self-management classes, delivered in-person or virtual

We are seeking women who:

1. Have metastatic or advanced breast or colorectal cancer
2. Receiving 1st or 2nd line anti-cancer treatments
3. Are 18+ years old
4. Have good English comprehension in order to understand the study forms
